Software is one of the most important parts of the user experience on any smartphone. And, until now Lenovo had their own Android skin (Vibe UI) on top of the Android build. But starting from their next smartphone (K8 Note) that will be launching in India on the 9th of August. All Lenovo smartphones will come with Stock Android, this is a great news for the Android fanboys out there who liked the Lenovo hardware but always craved for Vanilla Android experience.

As mentioned earlier, Lenovo is all set to announce the K8 Note on the 9th of August in an event in New Delhi. We have already received the invite for the launch and also the teaser is already out on the social media channel. We are expecting the K8 Note to be exclusively available on Amazon India. The K8 Note will be the first of many devices from Lenovo to come with Stock Android. Just to refresh your memory, Lenovo also owns Moto which comes with Stock Android with some minimalistic customization options. So, chances are we might see almost same software as seen on the Moto devices. The Lenovo K8 Note will come with less bloatware (inbuilt apps) and cleaner and faster Android build. Also, the updates should be much better than the previous Lenovo software update cycle.

Lenovo-p2Lenovo is unveiling Note 8 by skipping the Note 7 series on August 9th (reason for skipping is unknown). The device is expected to pack a dual rear camera and also a much bigger battery than the Lenovo K6 Note.
