JBL Xtreme 2 comes with a bold new design in a rugged fabric coupled with an IPX7 rated, fully waterproof feature that allows the user to even submerge the speaker in the water, making it a perfect choice for beach and swimming pool parties. With the addition of newly designed 3D bass radiators and upgraded drivers, users can not only hear powerful, room-filling sound but also physically see and feel it.

The speaker’s built-in rechargeable 10,000mAh Li-ion battery supports up to 15 hours of playtime, making it a long-lasting musical companion. The JBL Connect+ feature can be used to wirelessly connect more than 100 Connect+ enabled JBL speakers, amplifying the experience through a connected ecosystem. Bluetooth streaming capability allows up to 2 users to connect to the same speaker.

The new speaker incorporates a noise and echoes cancelling speakerphone, allowing it to be used to make clear calls in any environment when paired with a smartphone. It also features a USB charging port, allowing users to charge any smartphone or tablet.

Integrated hooks, a durable metal base, and a bottle opener added to the carrying strap make the speaker a fun and easy-to-transport addition, as well as a perfect audio solution for any home.

  1. I just love the JBL brand: their products, especially their Bluetooth speakers are astonishing by the quality of the sound they provide and their durability is great too. I didn’t know about the JBL Xtreme 2 but I might try it out someday. Looks like a great product! Thanks for your article!

  2. I generally have no issues if someone wants to play some music on the course. But it needs to be kept at a low level, so its basically only audible at or near the cart, or ones bag IMO.

Now, during a legit competitive round, I don’t want to have it in my group or any groups near me, because it is actually a violation of the rules, and it can be distracting. I was recently in a competitive event, with a member who was not playing in that event, (just paired up) he played music… I let it go, but wasn’t thrilled about it. I also did not play to my normal handicap that round…not the music’s fault. He did keep it very low however.
