Huawei Mate X

Huawei has just announced the Mate X phone, which is their first ever foldable phone. Also, this phone is the world’s first foldable phone with 5G support. This phone doesn’t come with a notch up front nor there is a camera bump. When the phone is folded, there is no gap between the front and back displays, all thanks to Huawei’s team. The device is 5.4mm thick when opened and is 11mm thick when folded. Huawei Mate XThe Mate X comes with a 6.6-inch(2480 X 892p) 19.5:9 aspect ratio display at the front, a 6.38-inch(2480 X 1148p) 25:9 aspect ratio display at the rear and when opened together, these displays will form a big 8-inch(2480 X 2200) 8:7.1 aspect ratio display. When the device is opened, users can use two apps side-by-side without any hassle. The device comes with a groove at the side which houses the USB Typ-C port at the end. The fingerprint scanner is integrated with the power button. The phone packs in a 4800mAH battery with a whopping 55W Huawei SuperCharge, which can juice up the device up to 85% in just 30 minutes. There were not many details on the camera, but the Mate X will pack in Leica optics.Huawei Mate XFurther, the Huawei Mate X is powered by Kirin 980 SoC with Balong 5000 Modem, which makes the device world’s first 7nm 5G modem and world’s first NSA and SA network architecture.
