Britain’s largest motorcycle manufacturer Triumph Motorcycles launched around 10 models in India yesterday. They first appeared 2 years ago at the 2012 Auto Expo in Delhi.

The iconic bike maker opens its Indian chapter with the introduction of 10 models priced all priced under Rs. 12,499 i.e. $199. The model range listed for its India debut include Bonneville and Bonneville T100, Speed Triple and Street Triple, Daytona 675R supersports bike, Thruxton café racer, Tiger 800XC and Tiger Explorer adventure bikes, Thunderbird Storm and the 2,300cc Rocket III Roadster. The Bonneville T100, Daytona 675R, Street Triple, Speed Triple and Thruxto bikes will be assembled locally in India at the company’s Manesar plant and the Rocket III Roadster, Tiger Explorer, Tiger 800 XC and Thunderbird Storm will be brought to the country as completely built units (CBUs).

The most awaited and popular model Triumph Thunderbird Storm is also listed for MRP Rs. 12,499. This error by Triumph Motorbikes is already viral on social media platforms and people are making fun of it.
