  1. Hello friends, eluga ray max device or other Panasonic devices are not certified by the Google.
Recently I purchased one panasonic eluga ray max device from the flipkart. It was not certified from the Google and flipkart not ready to change it with certified device. Technician came from the flipkart and told all Panasonic device has same problem. I was very disappointed by the my recent purchase.
Please check device certification status when you buy Panasonic device:
Go in play store > menu> settings> device certified status> uncertified or certified.
If it is uncertified then immediate contact to manufacture or retailer to change with certified fully tested device.
