Motorola has announced their first Android One smartphone in India today. The new Motorola One brings Android One software experience to the latest midrange smartphone from Motorola. The company has promised the latest Android software updates as well as monthly security patches for the device. It comes pre-installed with Google apps such as Google Lens, Google Photos, Google Assistant, Google duo, and more.

The Motorola One comes with a big 6.2-inch (2246 × 1080 pixels) Full HD+ 19:9 Max Vision display, it is powered by an Octa-Core Snapdragon 636 clocked 1.8GHz, Adreno 509 GPU. The Motorola One Power comes with 4GB RAM and 64GB internal storage with microSD card support up to 256GB. It is running on Android 8.1 Oreo with Android Pie update guaranteed. It is part of Google’s Android One project and it will be one of the first few in the queue to get the latest version of Android at least for next couple of years. It is having a massive 5000mAh battery with Turbo Charge via USB Type-C port. With the Turbo Charge, you can get up to 6 hours of battery life in just 15 minutes. In the camera department, the device comes with a 16MP+5MP rear cameras with LED Flash, Dual Autofocus Pixel technology, f/1.7 aperture, and f/2.2 aperture, 1.12um pixel size(16MP) and 1.0μm pixel size(5MP) and features a 12MP front-facing camera with LED flash, f/2.0 aperture, 1.25μm pixel size, Portrait support. The fingerprint scanner is located at the rear of the device.
