Realme is on a launching spree, soon after the launch of the budget Narzo 10, the brand has geared up and launched the Realme 6i, the successor to the Realme 5i in India. Featuring a punch-hole camera, 30W fast charging speed and a 90Hz display, it directly competes with the Redmi Note 9 and the Poco M2 Pro.

Packing in a 6.5-inch FHD+ display with a 90Hz refresh rate, the Realme 6i is one of the cheapest phones to offer 90Hz for the price. Under the hood, it’s powered by the MediaTek’s Helio G90T processor coupled with up to 6GB of RAM and 64GB of Internal Storage.

On to the optics, the 6i features a quad rear camera module comprising of a primary 48-megapixel sensor, a secondary 8-megapixel ultra-wide-angle lens, a black & white portrait lens alongside a macro lens. On the front, Realme has provided a 16-megapixel selfie camera housed in the punch-hole. It also has a 4,300mAh battery and has support for 30W fast charging which the brand claims can charge the phone up to 100% in just 55 minutes.

Also, there is support for expandable storage up to 256GB via a microSD slot. The phone runs on Realme UI based on Android Q out of the box. The phone will be available in two colours including Black and White.

The pricing for the Realme 6i starts at Rs.12,999 for the base variant comprising of 4GB RAM and 64GB of storage, whereas the 6GB RAM and 64GB storage variant is priced at Rs.14,999 in India. The smartphone will go on sale for the first time on July 31 via Flipkart and realme.com.
