Motorola on Monday announced the launch of their latest budget 5G offering namely the Moto G 5G packing in the Snapdragon 750G chipset, a 48-megapixel triple camera, large-sized 5,000mAh battery with 20W fast charging, 6.7-inch display with HDR 10 certification, and more, all at a price of Rs.20,999.

The Moto G 5G has priced in India at Rs. 20,999 for the single variant containing 6GB RAM + 128GB storage. While the MRP on the box has been listed at Rs. 24,999, it is being sold for Rs. 20,999. The phone is solely available on Flipkart and launch offers to include 5 percent cashback on SBI and Axis cards. HDFC Bank cards get a discount of Rs. 1,000 bringing the price down to Rs. 19,999. Moto G 5G is offered in Volcanic Grey and Frosted Silver color options.

The newly arrived Moto G 5G packs in a 6.7-inch LTPS display with a full-HD resolution with IP52 certified for protection against dust. The smartphone runs Android 10 out of the box. Under the hood, there’s the Qualcomm Snapdragon 750G chipset under the hood which is being coupled with 6GB of RAM and 128GB of storage. The storage can be further expanded by using up to 1TB microSD card.

As for the optics, The Moto G 5G offers a total of three cameras at the back comprising of a 48-megapixel primary camera with an f/1.7 aperture, a secondary 8-megapixel 1/2.2 wide-angle sensor with a 118-degree field of view. Additionally, there’s a 2-megapixel macro sensor with f/2.4 aperture. As for the front, there’s a 16-megapixel selfie camera with f/2.2 aperture.

For biometrics, The company has added a fingerprint sensor on the back. The Moto G 5G sports a 5,000mAh battery with support for 20W TurboPower fast charging. The company claims that users will get up to two days of battery life. In terms of connectivity, the handset has 5G support, NFC, Bluetooth 5.1, Wi-Fi 802.11ac, USB Type-C port. GPS, and more.
