Vivo has introduced a new smartphone under its Y series of devices today, namely the Vivo Y20G which features a 6.5-inch HD+ display, runs on Android 11, is powered by the MediaTek Helio G80 chipset, has triple rear cameras, a 5,000mAh battery with support for 18W fast charging and more.

Vivo Y20G Specifications

The Y20G sports a 6.51-inch HD+ (720×1,600 pixels) IPS display, with a modern 20:9 aspect ratio. Under the hood, the smartphone is powered by the MediaTek Helio G80 chipset, paired with 6GB of RAM. As for the optics, there’s a triple rear camera setup comprising of a primary13-megapixel sensor with an f/2.2 lens, a secondary 2-megapixel portrait sensor with an f/2.4 lens, and a third 2-megapixel macro shooter. On the front, there’s an 8-megapixel selfie sensor paired with an f/1.8 lens.

The Vivo Y20G runs on Android 11 based Funtouch OS 11, comes with 128GB of internal storage. Other Connectivity options on the smartphone include 4G LTE, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth v4.2, GPS/ A-GPS, FM radio, and a Micro-USB port for charging and data transfer. Sensors onboard include an accelerometer, ambient light, magnetometer, and a proximity sensor. For biometrics and security, there’s a side-mounted fingerprint sensor along with support for face unlock. The Vivo Y20G is being powered by a 5,000mAh battery with support for 18W fast charging. Priced at INR 14,990 for 6GB+128GB storage variant, the Y20G will be available in two attractive colours — Obsidian Black and Purist Blue on vivo India E-store, Amazon, Flipkart, Paytm, Tatacliq, and across all partner retail stores.
