This feature can be used with up to 4 devices at the current time and in those 4 devices, only 1 more Mobile device could be used. This feature has been a much-awaited one and a lot of users were requesting WhatsApp to introduce this feature too.

While we are not completely sure about when this feature would be pushed to the Stable version of the app, but we expect WhatsApp to soon announce it as most Beta features come within a few weeks to the Stable version of the app. However, if you do want to try it out before it’s out in the Stable version, steps for it are mentioned below.

Enrolling for the Beta version of the app is pretty simple too, you just have to follow the steps mentioned below-

  • Go to the WhatsApp Beta testers application page from the link mentioned here.
  • Next, if there is an option for enrolling into Beta, you just have to click on Join the Program and you’ll have WhatsApp Beta.
  • However, if you do not get that option and it says Beta testers are full then the only thing you can do is try again.

Now that you’re a WhatsApp Beta user, make sure to update the app to the latest beta version by going to the Play Store. If your app has been updated to the latest version, you should get an option to join the Multi-Device support Beta by going to the Linked devices section. Join the Beta, and the feature should work just fine without any sorts of issues.
