This new patch for both the PS5 Digital and Regular Editon now brings support for 60fps gameplay. This is quite possibly one of the patches that gamers have been looking for a very long time. Unlike Microsoft’s Xbox FPS Boost, where most of the games get support for higher Frame Rates in most of the games. Sony’s way is quite different, meaning users would have to end up paying for a native PS5 version or either they would still be stuck at playing the PS4 version of the game.

But this time around, this patch is being given for free, so now anyone with a PS5 console would be able to play the game in 4k resolution along with 60fps now. If you want to play the game in 60fps, then make sure that you update your game to the 1.53 patch as that brings support for higher frame rates.

Recently, even Ubisoft gave a new update for Assassin’s Creed Odyssey, for the next-gen consoles. A lot of users have confirmed that the game now runs at 60fps and as for the resolution, the Series S handles it at 1080p dynamic resolution, while the PS5 version of the game runs at a dynamic resolution of 1625p and Series X takes a lead as it is running at the best resolution but it still is dynamic resolution.
