Motorola inaugurates 150th exclusive service centre in Noida

Motorola, a Lenovo owned company has expanded their after sales services support in India by inaugurating their 150th exclusive service center in India. The 150th exclusive service center is located in Noida, with this now Motorola now has over 400 service points across the country covering more than 120 cities including key metros as well as Tier 1,2 & 3 cities. Customer experience remains a top priority for Motorola and after sales services play an important role in the successful journey of the brand in India, said the company. Motorola is doubling the production capacity to 12 million this financial year and with the growing consumer base of more than 10 million users, it is imperative to provide effective after sales support. The recent announcement of the Moto Hubs and its expansion to 10 stores now, has further strengthened the brand’s offline presence and will aim at increasing foothold in the Indian smartphone market. For Motorola, exceptional customer experience is at the center of everything and in order to ensure that their needs are catered to, the brand has taken a step forward in ensuring a seamless mobile experience to its consumers.
