Along with the announcement of Xiaomi Mi 9 and Mi 9 Transparent Edition smartphones in Chana, the company also announced Mi 9 SE – a more compact and more affordable smartphone with world’s first Snapdragon 712 Processor.
The Xiaomi Mi 9 SE features a 5.97-inch water drop/dew-drop style FullHD+ super AMOLED display(2280 X 1080p) with Corning Gorilla Glass 5 protection. It is powered by an Octa-core Snapdragon 712 10nm processor clocking at 2.3GHz along with Adreno 616 GPU. It comes in two variants – 6GB+64GB and 6GB+128GB. The Mi 9 SE is running on Android 9.0 Pie based on MIUI 10. The smartphone packs in a 3070mAH battery with 18W fast charging. Also, even this device doesn’t have a 3.5mm headphone jack.

- Mi 9 SE 6GB+128GB is priced at 2299 yuan (INR 34,897 approx.)
The smartphone will go on sale on March 1st in China.
