Sony India has announced direct online purchase option through a third-party portal for all product categories. Shop At Sony Center www.ShopatSC.com which is now live, it aims to support the online customer purchase journey and maximize sales for Sony’s brand shop partners. This initiative will give Sony brand shops a common platform to be part of e-commerce space.
Mr. Sunil Nayyar, Managing Director, Sony India, said, “Having a strong footprint offline, Sony India has always kept a customer-centric approach and with this new initiative, it will be another step towards strengthening our relationship with customers and Sony Center partners.” He added saying, “We are confident that the portal will help reach out to a new wave of online shoppers and provide a seamless experience that Sony is known for in its offline market as well.”
Buy genuine Sony Products at the Click of a Button
Customers will be able to purchase genuine Sony products such as TV, soundbar, party speakers, cameras, headphones, PlayStation and related accessories from this portal. Products purchased through this portal will enjoy warranty benefits, same as offline purchase.
All major payment options such as Debit Card, Credit Cards (Master, Visa, Rupay), EMI/Cordless EMI, Net Banking, UPI, Wallet will be accepted on this portal.
Product delivery in green and orange zone as of now; Advance booking for Priority Delivery and Installation
While all customers can book products, delivery will happen only in green and orange zone as per regulations laid by the government, with all hygiene and safety measure in place. In red/restricted zones, the delivery will be completed post restriction is lifted.
Customers opting for advance booking can enjoy privileges such as priority delivery and installation. This advance booking is valid until lockdown.
