After the success of iQOO 3, the Snapdragon 865 powered flagship smartphone, the brand has now launched the iQOO Z1x 5G in China featuring a 6.57-inch FHD+ LCD 120Hz 20:9 Display certified with HDR10+. Under the hood, the smartphone is powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 765G. This is the company’s first 5G mid-range device and has a 90.4% screen to body ratio and the 16-megapixel selfie camera has been housed in the single punch hole at the right of the screen.

Onto the optics, the iQOO Z1x 5G pack in a 48-megapixel primary (f/1.9) with EIS, a secondary 2MP (f/2.4) Macro lens and a 2MP (f/2.4) depth sensor. It comes with up to 256GB of UFS 2.1 type of storage coupled with up to 8GB of RAM. The battery capacity has been sized at 5,000mAh battery and has support for 33W Fast Charging. The phone runs on iQOO UI 1.0 based on Android 10 and carries the 3.5mm headphone jack, has the side-mounted fingerprint scanner for authentication.

The phone will be available in two colours namely: Sea Azure and Water White and in four RAM/Storage variants. When it comes to the pricing, the 6GB RAM + 64GB storage has been priced at 1598 yuan (~ Rs 17,120), priced at 1798 yuan (~Rs 19,265) for the 6GB RAM + 128GB storage variant, the 8GB RAM + 128GB storage variant will be available for 1998 yuan (~Rs 21,405) while the top-end variant with 8GB RAM + 256GB storage will be retailing for 2298 yuan (~Rs 24,615).
