Leaked: Specs of 6P successor HTC made Nexus codenamed Marlin

0

Last week the specs of smaller nexus( screen size) was leaked and we had listed the specs of that, if you had missed it take a look at it here. This year looks like HTC is making successor to both Nexus 6P and Nexus 5X , as the Marlin codenamed new Nexus is also made by HTC. Marlin will be successor to Nexus 6P with bigger screen size compared to salifish codenamed nexus.

HTC made Nexus codenamed Marlin is said to come with a 5.5 inch Quad HD display, compared to 5.7 inch display on Nexus 6P. It will be same AMOLED display technology. It will come up with Qualcomm quad core chipset ( our guess 820/821/823), The camera on the rear will be same 12 MP with mostly a sensor upgrade and front camera seems to be 8 MP. The device will be coming with 3450mAh battery, same as Nexus 6P and will come with Usb Type C and fast charge features.

HTC Nexus Marlin will reportedly come in two storage variants – 32 GB and 128 GB only. As of now it seems Google will ditch the 64 GB variant this time around. The device will come with rear fingerprint sensor and also bottom firing speakers (HTC BOOM sound). The device as you expect will come with Android Nougat out of the box and also it will be Day Dream compatible.
