Acer has announced the latest convertible notebook in their Spin series, the all new Spin 1. Spin 1 comes with a sleek all-metal chassis, it is running on Windows 10. The laptop is lightweight, portable and supports Windows Ink through an Acer Active Stylus for creative users on the go.
The Acer Spin 1 comes with an 11.6-inch Full HD (1920×1080) touch-enabled screen with IPS display and 178-degree viewing angles. It weighs just 1.25 kg and is 14 mm thin chassis. It is powered by the latest Intel Pentium or Intel Celeron processors, 4 GB DDR3L memory as well as a choice of 32 / 64 / 128 GB eMMC storage with sd card support. It gives up to 8 hours of battery life in four versatile modes Laptop, display, tablet, and tent.
Speakers with Acer TrueHarmony technology are located on both sides of the device. It comes with a webcam for video chats. Additional connectivity options include Bluetooth 4.0, one USB 3.1 port, one USB 2.0 port, one HDMI port and one microSD (SDXC) card slot. The Acer Spin 1 will be available in North America in July with prices starting at $329(INR 21,223) and in EMEA in July with prices starting at €399(INR 28,775).
