Aircel, of India’s leading innovative mobile services providers, has received the coveted The Economic Times Telecom Award 2014 in the ‘Mobile Customer Service’ category for its innovative customer preference research model- The A.E.L (Acquisition, Engagement, Loyalty) index. This award comes in quick succession of ‘Aegis Graham Bell Award 2014’ that Aircel won for ‘Innovation in Customer Care’ recently.

On receiving the award, Alok Kumar, Head- Customer Service Delivery, Aircel said, “We are honoured and elated to have received this award. The ET Telecom Awards 2014 constituted of 14 categories which received over 100 nominations from telecom operators, OEMs, Telecom Infrastructure Providers etc. The jury constituted of senior leadership members from leading organizations in India.
