After the global launch two days ago, the OnePlus has launched its 2017 Flagship in India today. The OnePlus 5 was announced at an event at Mumbai today afternoon.The OnePlus 5 with the dual rear camera comes in 2 variants, the base variant with 6GB RAM and 64GB storage is priced at INR 32,999 and the 8GB with 128GB storage variant is priced at INR 37,999 and will go on sale today at 4:30 exclusively on Amazon as Early Access Sale, it will go on open sale from 27th June.

The OnePlus 5 is powered by Qualcomm’s latest, Snapdragon 835 processor which is clocked at 2.45GHz, it is coupled with Adreno 540 GPU. It sports a 5.5-inch Optic AMOLED display with Corning Gorilla Glass 5 protection. The device is packed with a 3300mAh battery with Dash Charge which charges up to 58% in just 30 minutes. OnePlus 5

In the camera department, it comes with a dual camera setup with one 20MP sensor and other with a 16MP sensor with and aperture of f/2.6 and f/1.7 respectively at the rear. The camera features include Fash AutoFocus, 1.6x optic zoom, Improved HDR, Portrait Mode, Pro Mode for more Professional options and you can capture RAW images. The front camera is a 16MP shooter with an aperture of f/2.0. The smartphone comes with a new Smart Capture Software for better image processing.oneplus5The fingerprint scanner is on the front, which the company claims that the device can be unlocked in 0.2 secs. Also, OnePlus 5 comes with Bluetooth 5.0 support. The 3.5mm headphone jack and Type C port are present at the bottom. Also, now OnePlus 5 will support 34 different network bands from all over the world. On the software part, the device is running on Android Nougat 7.1.1 with OxygenOS 4.5 with some minor upgrades like new reading mode and neat design of the OS.
