Over ₹200 crores worth Xiaomi Mi 10i sold During the First Sale

Mi India on Tuesday announced that its latest smartphone, the 10i has done a record-breaking sales of worth ₹200 crores during its first sale across all platforms. The smartphone Mi 10i went on sale for the first time exclusively for prime members on Amazon India on 07th January and across all Mi.com, Mi Homes and Mi Studios staring 08th January.

As per the company, over 1.5 million users chose to keep themselves notified on Amazon during launch. The two variants of (6GB+128GB storage) and three variants of (8GB+128GB) of Mi 10i were top five selling products across all the categories on Amazon India.

Manu Jain, Managing Director, Mi India, said, “We are truly overwhelmed with the love and response received from our Mi Fans and consumers for Mi 10i. INR 200 Crore worth of sales within 1st sale is a major milestone and we are happy to announce that. Mi brand aims to bring the latest and the best technology to our Mi Fans. Mi 10i is our first device of this decade from the house of ‘Mi’  that offers the revolutionary 108MP camera coupled with Qualcomm® Snapdragon™ 750G and future proof 5G technology. Going forward too the Mi brand will aim to bring the latest and the best technology to our Mi Fans in India.”

Mi 10i Specifications

The Mi 10i sports a 6.67-inch full-HD+ (1,080×2,400 pixels) display with a punch-hole display with up to 120Hz adaptive sync refresh rate and is HDR and HDR10+ compliant. There’s  Corning Gorilla Glass 5 for protection at the front and back. Under the hood, the smartphone is powered by the 8nm-based Qualcomm Snapdragon 750G SoC coupled with Adreno 619 GPU, up to 8GB RAM and up to 128GB of internal storage.

Mi 10i

On to the optics, the Mi 10i features a quad rear camera setup comprising a primary 108-megapixel Samsung HM2 sensor with 1/1.52-inch sensor size, an 8-megapixel ultra-wide sensor with 120-degree field of view and f/2.2 aperture, a 2-megapixel macro lens and a 2-megapixel depth lens. On the front, the smartphone has a 16-megapixel primary sensor with f/2.45 aperture and 1.0-micron pixel size.

There’s a 4,820mAh battery with 33W fast charging support, which the company claims that can charge the phone up to 68 per cent in just 30 minutes. Other Connectivity options include 5G, USB Type-C port, 3.5mm audio jack, Wi-Fi, and Bluetooth.
