The current COVID-19 situation in India is really bad. With so many new cases every day and even deaths too, it has become a very serious concern for every person around the Globe. So seeing this, now the Indian government has now announced that citizens above the age of 18 years can now get vaccinated. So here is a guide on how to register for the COVID-19 Vaccine if you are 18 years or older.

The process of getting vaccinated is fairly easy and can be done in two ways. The first way for the citizens to get vaccinated is by visit the site created by the Government of India. Whereas, in the other way, the citizens would need to download the Arogya Setu app and follow the steps. You can follow any of the steps you want.
First Method: Get vaccination registration through the CoWIN portal
As for the first method, users would just need to follow the steps mentioned below-

Firstly, head over to the CoWIN website and then click on the Register/Sign in Yourselfbutton

Next, enter your phone number so that you can be verified using an OTP that would come to your phone number.

There would be a registration page, where you would need to enter all the details. These details would be important, and once you have filled them, just click on Register.

After that’s done, your information would be validated and then you’ll get an option to schedule an appointment. You would need to click on Schedule which will schedule the appointment.

Next, enter your pin code and click on the Search button, which would search for the centres in the pin code. Just select the date and time and click on Confirm.
Second Method: Get vaccination registration through the Aarogya Setu app
As for the second method, users would just need to follow the steps mentioned below-

Firstly, download the Arogye Setu app, if you haven’t already.
- Next, go to the Aarogya Setu app and then click on the CoWIN tab on the home screen.

Now, select the Vaccination Registration option and then enter your Phone Number to get an OTP for verification.

Just click on Verify button, which will redirect you to the Registration of Vaccination page.

You can now just follow the same steps as mentioned above as the process is the same from now.
