Honor India will be launching their new budget smartphone, the successor to the last year’s Honor 9 Lite. Flipkart has already started teasing it on their site and has revealed the launch date as well as few features of the smartphone. The Honor 10 Lite will be launched in India on January 10, 2019, and it might well be a Flipkart exclusive.
Coming to the specifications, the Honor 10 Lite will pack a 6.21-inch Full HD+ display with a resolution of 2340X1080p along with a dew-drop notch at the front. The display upfront comes with a 91% screen-to-body ratio and 19.5:9 aspect ratio. Under the hood, it will be powered by the in-house Kirin 710 Octa-core processor clocked at 2.2GHz and ARM Mali-G51 MP4 GPU. As per the Flipkart teaser, the Honor 10 Lite will come in one variant – 4GB of RAM and 64GB of storage, we expect the company to launch a variant with 6GB RAM during the launch.
In the camera department, the Honor 10 Lite will come with a single 24MP front camera powered by AI. The camera can capture and recognize 200 different scenarios across 8 modes- Beach Mode, Flower Mode, Night Mode, Plant Mode, Room Mode, Sky Mode, Snow Mode, and Stage Mode. The device will come with a dual 13MP + 2MP rear cameras with an LED flashlight and it will run on Android 9.0 Pie based on EMUI 9.0. It comes with a built-in 3400mAH battery.
Lastly, the phone will come in three color options- Black, Blue, and the gradient Sky Blue.
