iPhone 8, 8 Plus

Apple has unveiled their latest flagship smartphone, iPhone 8 and iPhone 8 Plus which is the successor to the last year’s iPhone 7 and 7 Plus respectively. The iPhone 8 Plus comes with a dual rear camera with a secondary telephoto lens that can take portrait pictures. Also, both the smartphones are having IP67 Water and dust resistant rating. At the same event, Apple also announced the much-anticipated 10th anniversary iPhone, the iPhone X.

The iPhone 8 comes with a 4.7-inch IPS display with 1334 x 750 pixel and 326 ppi and also supports 3D touch. It is powered by a hexacore A11 Bionic 64-bit processor with three-core GPU, M11 motion co-processor. It comes with either 64GB or 256GB storage options, this time there is no 128GB variant. On the camera front, the iPhone 8 comes with a 12MP rear camera, f/1.8 aperture, OIS, Six‑element lens Quad-LED True Tone flash, 4K video recording at 60 fps, Slo‑mo video support for 1080p at 120 fps or 240 fps and there is a 7MP front camera with f/2.2 aperture, 1080p video recording, Retina Flash.

On the other hand, the iPhone 8 Plus comes with a 5.5-inch IPS display with 1920 x 1080 pixel and 401ppi and also supports 3D touch. It is also powered the same A11 Bionic 64-bit processor with three-core GPU, M11 motion co-processor and comes with either 64GB or 256GB storage options. Things change in the camera department as the iPhone 8 Plus come with a dual 12MP camera (wide-angle +telephoto) with OIS, Six‑element lens Quad-LED True Tone flash, 4K video recording at 60 fps, Slo‑mo video support for 1080p at 120 fps or 240 fps. There is a 7MP front with Retina Flash.  Here are the detailed specifications of the devices.
