After inaugurating the Moto Hub, offline stores in Mumbai, Noida and few other places in India, Motorola has announced a partnership with Poorvika Mobiles, to strengthen its retail presence through Moto Hub stores across Tamil Nadu and Karnataka. This strategic partnership will give a chance for customers to access and experience the entire portfolio of Motorola devices in a retail format.
As part of the strategy to consolidate its offline presence, Motorola plans to open Moto Hub over 250 Poorvika stores across the 43 cities in Tamil Nadu, Pondicherry & Karnataka. Earlier this month, Motorola announced the first ever experiential store in South India, the response to which has been encouraging. The Moto Hub store will house the entire portfolio of Motorola devices, including the online exclusives like Moto e4+, Moto C+, Moto X4 and the popular Moto G families as well as Moto Z franchise and Moto MODs. They will also house Motorola accessories like on-ear and in-ear headphones, moto shells, and covers. The newly launched Moto Mods will also be available for customers to experience and purchase. Customers can experience the all-new JBL Sound Boost 2 speaker, Moto TurboPower Pack battery mod, and the GamePad Mod to explore their passion.
While opening the first Moto Hub under this partnership at Kandhanchavadi, OMR Road, Sudhin Mathur, Managing Director, Motorola Mobility India said, “Offering premium customer experience has been a key pillar of our strategy and our partnership with Poorvika Mobiles is a step further in that direction. Moto Hub will offer unique Moto experience to customers in an environment they are familiar with, further helping us engage our customers better. We are confident that Poorvika Mobiles’ in-depth understanding of the local market and its substantial reach will be instrumental in consolidating Motorola’s retail presence.”
Expressing his delight on the association, Uvaraj, CEO of Poorvika Mobiles said, “We have been operating in Tamil Nadu & Karnataka for the last 15 years and have a deep understanding of the needs and challenges of our customers. While we have the strength in reach, Motorola brings in the legacy of unparalleled customer experiences making this partnership a perfect combination.
