Asus has announced a new variant of the recently announced mid-range smartphone, Asus ZenFone Max Pro M2. The ZenFone Max Pro M2 was announced back in December 2018 along with the Zenfone Max Pro M2. The Zenfone Max Pro M2 was available only in Blue color and now Asus has announced this Titanium edition. Except for the color and look, everything else remains the same.
Asus Zenfone Max Pro M2comes with a 3D-curved glossy finish and flaunts a 6.26-inch (2280 × 1080 pixels) Full HD+ 19:9 display with Corning Gorilla Glass 6 protection. As of now Gorilla Glass 6 is only seen on flagship smartphones like OnePlus 6T, Razer Phone 2, and few others. Corning Gorilla Glass 6 can survive 15 drops from 1 meter onto rough surfaces and is up to two times better than Gorilla Glass 5. Under the hood, it is powered by an Octa-core Snapdragon 660 SoC clocked at 2.2GHz, Adreno 610 GPU. It comes in three variants- 3GB+32GB, 4GB+64GB, and 6GB+64GB with microSD card support up to 2TB with microSD. It packs in a massive 5000mAH battery as seen on the previous gen and sadly misses out on fast charging. 
In the camera department, there is a 12MP( f/1.8)+5MP dual rear cameras with LED flash, Sony IMX486 sensor, 1.25μm pixel size, PDAF, EIS, Pro Mode. It supports AI scene recognition and 4K video recording. There is a 13MP front-facing camera with soft LED flash, f/2.0 aperture.
