Philips today launched a new Dolby Atmos-enabled soundbar with the model number TAPB603 priced at INR 31,990. This new soundbar will be available both online and offline starting this march. The Philips Dolby Atmos-enabled soundbar comes with a 3.1 channel setup and boasts of 320 W output.

The three channels claim to reproduce height as well as depth, “creating a virtual 3D surround sound perfect for an ideal cinematic setup”. For connectivity, the soundbar brings with it HDMI Audio Return Channel (ARC) along with two HDMI inputs with 4K pass-through. It also has audio-in and optical inputs, along with Bluetooth.

Commenting on the launch, Mr. Jonce Lin, Country Head, Philips Branded Television, Audio and Monitors, TPV Technology India Pvt. Ltd. said, “Nowadays, the soundbars are a must-have gadget that is designed to enhance the viewing experience for all audiophiles and cinephiles. Consumers will now be able to enjoy thrilling moments with the feature-loaded TAPB603. With a sleek design and Dolby Atmos, consumers are in for a treat at a reasonable cost.”
