LG on Thursday introduced the LG 32UN880-B UltraFine Display Ergo 4K Monitor in India. The monitor comes with AMD FreeSync,  accurate colors, a conventional refresh rate panel, and a 16:9 aspect ratio. The LG 32UN880-B UltraFine Display Ergo is priced at Rs. 59,999 and comes in a single black color option.

The LG 32UN880-B UltraFine sports a 31.5-inch 4K (3,840×2,160 pixels) resolution display with the standard 60Hz refresh rate. There’s a 1,000:1 contrast ratio, support for HDR10, and a 16:9 aspect ratio. The company claims that the monitor has a 5ms Grey-to-Grey (GTG) response time and covers 95 percent of the DCI-P3 color space. The panel can be lit with up to 350 nits peak brightness and 178-degree viewing angles. Moreover, the monitor comes with AMD FreeSync as well

Commenting on the launch, Hak Hyun Kim, Director- Home Entertainment, LG Electronics said, “Despite the widespread economic disruption caused by the coronavirus pandemic, the lockdown has significantly increased the amount of time people spend at their desk which has created massive health issues and affected the productivity of employees. We at LG are extremely delighted to announce our new and innovative launch of monitors specially designed to help users experience maximum productivity and efficiency during times like these.

“We are certain that Ergo will prove to be a welcome innovation for anyone who spends a significant time at their desk through its technologically and ergonomically advanced design and start-of-the-art features that helps to promote good posture through its high degree of adjustability and ton range of movement, enabling each user to create a perfectly customized workstation”, he added.

The Ergonomic Stan can be adjusted easily in all angles. The monitor can be stretched and retracted between zero to 180mm, has 280-degree of swivel, zero to 133mm of height adjustment, 90-degree pivot, and 25-degree vertical tilt. Connectivity options on the monitor include 2x HDMI ports, 1x DisplayPort, 2x USB downstream ports, a headphone jack, a USB Type-C port, 1x USB Type-C port for data transmission, and finally 1x USB Type-C port for power delivery at 60W. Additionally, there are 2x 5W speakers, and the monitor features game mode, smart energy-saving mode, Super Resolution+, Black Stabiliser, Flicker Safe mode, Reader Mode, and more.
