In these testing times its very important to keep a check on your health holistically – mind, body and soul. So, we are listing 5 apps divided by 5 categories – Entertainment, Physical Fitness, Mental Wellbeing, Live Meetings and work and Learning apps to help you get through your quarantine days and social distancing during the Corona Virus Lockdown.

  • Entertainment

    It’s is extremely important to keep yourself entertained during the self-quarantine and that’s when apps like Netflix, Prime Video, YouTube and other OTT apps come into action. But if you prefer reading to keep yourself entertained then you can download Amazon Kindle app or make use of free 30 days subscription of Scribd.

  • Physical Fitness

    Being stuck at home shouldn’t give you an excuse not to work out and get unhealthy. Hence, we are listing a some fitness apps that will keep you going during this self-isolation phase – Nike Training Club, Strava, Runtastic or the Fitbit app that has 90 days of free premium subscription during Covid-19 self-isolation phase. Users can also download apps like Aaptiv that is designed for people who don’t want to look at a screen while they exercise. All their workouts are audio-based.

    Whilst we were always struggling to find that extra time to learn a new language, a new musical instrument or generally learn something new. This self-isolation period can be used to do that productively. So here are some apps that I’d recommend to learn something new – Udemy, Linda, Ted, Luminosity, Duolingo, Wikipedia and even YouTube
