Commenting on this Suzi Owens, a spokesperson for LinkedIn said, “We’re seeing nearly 50% growth in conversations on LinkedIn reflected in stories, video shares, and posts on the platform,” further adding, “We’re doing some early tests to create a unique audio experience connected to your professional identity. And, we’re looking at how we can bring audio to other parts of LinkedIn such as events and groups, to give our members even more ways to connect to their community,”

Reports from TechCrunch had confirmed the news of LinkedIn working on this feature. Later, a famous developer Developer named Alessandro Paluzzi made a tweet regarding this on Twitter too. This confirmed that the LinkedIn app has started working on this feature and has already got a hidden interface for its new audio chat platform. With this confirmation, we now know that this LinkedIn feature is actually very similar to that of Clubhouse, as it follows the same concept. Users can listen or interact with others who are speaking via audio and also there are quick reactions available.

According to LinkedIn, this new feature would help users to interact in a better way as there are already a lot of stories and video sharing available. So this audio platform is something that is the next big thing and will help gain the attention of users.
