itel S42, A44 and A44 Pro

As we had reported earlier, itel has announced 3 new smartphones in India today. The company today announced itel S42, itel A44, and itel A44 Pro. All the 3 smartphones are priced under INR 10,000 and come with an 18:9 full-screen display and fingerprint sensor at the rear.

itel S42

itel S42 comes with a 5.65-inch HD+ IPS display, it is powered by a Quad-Core Snapdragon 425 processor clocked at 1.4GHz and Adreno 308 GPU. It is packed with 3GB RAM and16GB storage with microSD card support up to 128GB. The device is running on Android 8.0 Oreo and is packed with 3000mAh battery.itel S42, A44 and A44 ProIn the camera department, the itel S42 comes with a 13MP rear camera with LED Flash and a 13MP front-facing camera with f/2.0 aperture,120-degree wide angle, bokeh beauty mode, PDAF, dual LED flash. The fingerprint scanner is located at the rear of the device. Other features include Dual SIM, 4G VoLTE, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth 4.2, and GPS.

itel A44 / A44 Pro 

Both the devices come with a 5.45-inch FWVGA+ IPS display, they are powered by Quad-Core MediaTek MT6737M 64-bit processor and Mali-T860 MP1 GPU. The itel A44 comes with 1GB RAM and 8GB internal storage, while the A44 Pro comes with 2GB RAM with 16GB storage along with microSD card support up to 32GB. The devices are running on Android 7.0 Nougat and are packed with 2400mAh battery.itel S42, A44 and A44 ProIn the camera department, they sport a 5MP rear camera with LED Flash and 5MP(A44)/8MP (A44 Pro) front-facing camera with LED flash. The Fingerprint sensor is located at the rear. Other features include Bike Mode, Smart Key, Dual SIM, 4G VoLTE, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth 4.0, GPS, USB OTG.

Pricing and Availability

The itel A44 is priced at INR 5,799 and will be available in Champagne (Black TP), Rose gold (White TP) & Red (Black TP) and the itel S42 is priced at INR 8,499 and will be available in Black, Champagne colors.  Both the smartphones are available in offline stores across India from today.
